Recognizing that not all investment ideas and industry experts are made equal, we set out to provide investors with a forum to source unique, non-consensus investment ideas and intelligence in the TMT, Consumer and Fintech sectors. We build events on the basis of demand from clients and generate actionable content.
We host Investor Idea Events where hundreds of unique, non-consensus investment ideas are sourced from institutional investment clients annually. The events provide a unique and valuable source of new idea generation, conduit for comparing research with peer investors, and a forum for debating critical variables.
We host a Guest Speaker Series featuring private company CEOs, former public company executives, and industry experts. The subject of these calls spans hundreds of companies. RVLR founders have been producing Guest Speaker events for investors for 20+ years. We have a solid understanding for how to construct these events so that they add value. We begin with the critical variables around a company or industry. We consider how well the speaker can address those variables in an interview setting. The timing of each call, and the speaker’s experience and credibility are important factors in deciding who to host. Many of our speakers have limited exposure speaking to investors. There is often significant overlap between the speakers we host, and the Ideas we publish.

Andrew Peters
Founder, Managing PartnerAndrew Peters is the founder of Revelare Partners. Prior to Revelare, Andrew was the Managing Director of Sales at DeMatteo Research LLC from 2011 to 2023. He began his career as an Institutional Salesperson at PCS Research Services in 2008. He loves to spend time outdoors with his wife, two children and dog. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in financial economics from the University of Rochester.
David Shook
Founder, Managing PartnerDavid Shook is a founder of Revelare Partners. Prior to Revelare, David founded Taconic Research, a competitive intelligence solutions provider specializing in custom survey projects. Formerly, Mr. Shook was Managing Partner for Research at DeMatteo Monness LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Shook was a business and investigative journalist for BusinessWeek (now Bloomberg BusinessWeek). Mr. Shook received a B.A. from Michigan State University; M.A. from Boston University.
