Bio: Sergio Azzolari is CEO of Florence-based Roberto Cavalli, a position he has held since April 2023. Roberto Cavalli is owned by Dubai financier Hussain Sajwani, who acquired the fashion house in 2019 through his private investment firm Vision Investments.
Mr. Azzolari has an extensive background in growing and improving global fashion and luxury brands. He has diverse experience working across multiple distribution channels including e-commerce, wholesale and directly operated retail.
Mr. Azzolari most recently served as CEO of DSquared2, as the first in-house CEO for the brand since 2017. Prior to his experience with DSquared2, he held numerous Executive Leadership roles within the Tod’s, Luxottica, and Missoni brands building up a deep experience across all aspects of retail, marketing, and product development throughout Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
