To address key elements of a thesis on Recruit Holdings Co Ltd (6098 JP), which we published in May and have followed since, we plan to host a former key member of Indeed’s North American Client Success team, Jason Stolberg, who left Indeed in March 2024. (He will be 6 mos. removed from the company when we host him.)
The thesis on Indeed focuses on the next leg of Indeed’s North American growth plan. This growth plan includes a major focus on new AI initiatives and improving monetization on Indeed’s US business.
In our discussion, we plan to examine the company’s recent initiatives on price and pay-per-application metrics, and how well this may impact the company’s ROI on higher salary ($100K+ jobs). Mr. Stolberg can also address how and why the company’s new generative AI applications for recruiters were designed, and how they may assist the company going forward with improving ROI.
