Bio: Jesse Eddy is Enterprise Sales Executive in charge of DataDog (DDOG) implementations for RapDev.io, based in Boston. RapDev.io is a DataDog Gold Partner. The firm is one of the most influential partners in the North American DataDog implementation ecosystem. The firm’s clients range from Fortune 500 across several industries down to startups. Mr. Eddy spent 4 years at DDOG (2016-2020) during which time the company acquired technology that put it in direct competition with New Relic (NEWR). He can discuss the differentiation of all the major APM players, and how customers view monitoring in the context of cloud computing uptime.
